The spices used for cooking are shown below and include Black Pepper, Chili Powder, Crushed Red Pepper, Garlic Powder, Ground Cumin, Ground Sage, Onion Powder, and Powdered Ginger. Some Louisiana hot sauce was also used (also shown below).
