for the day to see if I can get back on my early to bed, early to
rise, schedule. Hopefully I'll be tired tonight around 9PM and can
fall asleep around that time.
It's about 6:00 AM now. I'm going to do my morning routine of
stretching (Yoga/Pilstes), breathing exercises, and meditation. I hope
to be at the gym by 7:30 AM and then back at the office around 8:30 AM.
